Chelsea is the new champion of England. "Blues from London" guaranteed their title three rounds before the end of the championship, having won with 1:0 against Crystal Palace at the "Bridge". This is the fifth championship title for the club, fourth in the Premier League era and a third under the leadership of Jose Mourinho, who won the 22nd trophy in his rich career. The only goal today was made by Eden Hazard at the end of the first part.

Mourinho made a change in the starting lineup - Thibaut Courtois returned to the door. On the top of the attack began the veteran Didier Drogba. At the last moment Juan Cuadrado replace Ramires, who was in the original starting lineup of Jose Mourinho.
