Earlier it became known that during a check of the phone of Fiorentina player Nicolo Fagioli, 12 more football players were found playing on illegal sites. Among them are Alessandro Florenzi, Nicolo Zaniolo, Mattia Perin, Weston McKennie, Leandro Paredes and Angel Di Maria.

The first rule in football players` contracts is that they cannot place bets. Legal or not, it doesn`t matter. Secondly, they cannot gamble on illegal sites.
It is necessary to take into account ethical principles, laws of the country and rules of sport. "I am convinced that the blue jersey (of the Italian national team - Sports` note) not only has sporting value, but should also be a symbol of exemplary behavior, " Abodi said.
