Milwaukee Leader Yannis Adedokumbo will not be available to the national team of Greece for World Cups in September. The local basketball federation has announced a list of 14 names for the upcoming matches predicted by contacts with basketball picks against Serbia and Georgia next month, and unfortunately for the fans, there is not the name of No 34 from Bucks. He last played for the country at the Olympic Qualifying Tournament in 2016. Yannis has always shown his willingness and readiness to play for the selection of the Greeks, but sometimes things do not depend only on that. Despite his absence, there will still be a basketball player in the squad because the team was summoned by his brother Thanasis, who is part of Panathinaikos.
Here are all selected by coach Thanasis Scorpopoulos:
Thanasis Adedokumbo (Panathinaikos)
Panagiotis Vasilopo ulos (Peristeri)
